Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 07, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using this website or buying anything from us.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Your Tutor At Home Inc. (“Your Tutor At Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at cs@yourtutorathome.com.

Throughout these Terms, “you” means the person using the site or making a purchase, and “Content” means everything we publish or sell — printable and fillable PDFs, worksheets, planners, guides, quizzes, courses, videos, and any other material we make available.

2. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting this website, subscribing to our emails, or buying any product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site or purchase from us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here is always the one that applies. If we make a change that materially affects your rights, we’ll note it at the top of this page and update the date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Our materials are designed for children roughly ages 5 to 11, but they are bought and used by adults — parents, guardians, and tutors — on a child’s behalf.

Children should not create accounts, submit forms, or make purchases on this site. If you’re a parent or guardian setting a child up with materials, the account and the purchase remain yours.

4. What we sell

We offer:

  • Digital downloads — printable and fillable PDFs, worksheets, planners, guides, and similar materials delivered as files.
  • Courses — structured learning content delivered online, which may include video, written lessons, and downloadable resources.
  • Memberships and subscriptions — ongoing access to a library of materials, courses, or community features for a recurring fee.

Not every product type may be available at any given time. Product descriptions, page counts, formats, and inclusions are described on each product page, and we do our best to keep those descriptions accurate.

5. Educational purpose and what we are not

Our materials are educational resources, not clinical services.

Your Tutor At Home provides learning support materials created by an experienced tutor. Nothing we publish or sell is:

  • a diagnosis, screening, or assessment of any condition;
  • medical, psychological, therapeutic, or special-education advice;
  • a substitute for evaluation or instruction by a qualified professional.

Our quizzes and self-assessment tools are informal and are meant to help you think about where your child might need support. They do not identify, diagnose, or rule out dyslexia, ADHD, or any other learning difference or condition.

If you have concerns about your child’s learning, attention, speech, behaviour, or development, please speak with your child’s school, paediatrician, or a qualified specialist. Results vary from child to child, and we don’t promise any particular educational outcome.

6. Your licence to use what you buy

When you buy a product, you’re buying a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it — not ownership of it.

You may:

  • Use the materials with the children in your own household.
  • If you are a tutor or educator, use them with the students you personally teach.
  • Print as many copies as you reasonably need for that purpose.
  • Store your files and print them again later.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the materials, in whole or in part, paid or free.
  • Share your files, download links, or account credentials with anyone outside your household or your own students.
  • Upload the materials to any website, file-sharing service, learning platform, printable-sharing site, or marketplace.
  • Edit, remix, or repackage the materials and present the result as your own.
  • Remove or obscure our name, logo, watermarks, or copyright notices.
  • Use the materials to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.
  • Use the materials commercially — including school- or district-wide distribution — without a separate written licence from us.

If you’d like to use our materials with a larger group, a school, or a co-op, email us at cs@yourtutorathome.com and we’ll talk about a licence that fits.

7. Intellectual property

All Content on this site is owned by Your Tutor At Home Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. This includes our written material, illustrations, characters, page layouts, photographs, videos, and the structure and design of the site itself.

Our brand names, method names, character names, and logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of this to you.

8. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change won’t affect an order you’ve already completed.

We do our best to keep the site accurate, but occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price or description. If that happens, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorised resale, or a breach of these Terms.

9. Delivery and access

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after your order is confirmed, through a link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. They’re also available in your account.

Courses and memberships are delivered through your account on this site, according to the access described on the product page.

You are responsible for having a working email address, a reliable internet connection, and software capable of opening the files — for our fillable PDFs, that means a current PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Fillable fields may not work correctly in a web browser’s built-in PDF viewer or in some mobile apps.

If a file won’t download, is corrupted, or doesn’t match its description, email us at cs@yourtutorathome.com and we’ll sort it out.

We aim to keep purchased downloads available in your account indefinitely, but we recommend saving your files somewhere safe. We can’t guarantee access forever, particularly if a product is retired.

10. Refunds

Digital products can’t be returned once downloaded, but we don’t want anyone stuck with something that isn’t right for their child.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email cs@yourtutorathome.com with your order number and we’ll process it. You don’t need to justify the request, though we’d appreciate knowing what didn’t work — it helps us improve.

After a refund, your licence to use the product ends, and you agree to delete any copies you’ve downloaded or printed.

For memberships and subscriptions, the 14-day window applies to your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see Section 11).

We may decline a refund where we have reasonable grounds to believe the request is being used to obtain products for free — for example, repeated refund requests across many orders.

11. Subscriptions and memberships

Where you buy a subscription or membership:

  • It renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.
  • We’ll charge the payment method on file on each renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it doesn’t refund the current period.
  • After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • If we change the price, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect and you’ll have the chance to cancel.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it clears.

Any downloads you obtained while your membership was active remain yours to use under the licence in Section 6. Streaming or on-platform course content ends when your access ends.

12. Your account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Please give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms — for example, sharing credentials or redistributing our materials. Where we do, you won’t be entitled to a refund of amounts already paid for the period in question.

13. Acceptable use

When using this site, please don’t:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers, or another user’s account;
  • upload malware or anything designed to interfere with the site;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download our Content by automated means;
  • misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with us;
  • harass, abuse, or post anything defamatory, hateful, or obscene in any community, comment, or course discussion area.

We may remove content and restrict access where we consider it necessary.

14. Third-party links and services

Our site links to other websites and uses third-party services for payment, email, hosting, and analytics. We don’t control third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement.

Where we recommend an outside resource, it’s because we think it may be genuinely useful — but you’ll need to review that organisation’s own terms and policies.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. It forms part of these Terms.

16. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected. We don’t warrant that our materials will produce any particular result for any particular child.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Tutor At Home Inc. and anyone working with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Tutor At Home Inc. against any claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive — including licence restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — continue to apply after termination.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.

21. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Our not enforcing a provision doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement between us.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
